What you'll do
As a Partner Engineer at Databricks, you will lead technical engagements with partners, guiding them through onboarding processes and proof of concept executions. You will design and prototype Delta Sharing architectures, focusing on governance, security patterns, and network configurations. Your role will involve building and validating demos, integrating with MCP servers, and ensuring seamless data-sharing workflows across multiple clouds.
You will contribute to the Partner Well Architected Framework, ensuring that best practices for data collaboration are continuously updated based on real partner experiences. Additionally, you will act as a technical validator for new features, providing actionable feedback to product and engineering teams. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting complex issues related to security, networking, and client integration, ensuring that partners have a smooth experience with Databricks technologies.
