Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in data collaboration and governance, with experience working directly with partners to implement effective data sharing strategies. Your technical expertise allows you to prototype and evaluate best practices for data productization, ensuring that partners can effectively leverage Databricks' capabilities.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can troubleshoot complex data-sharing issues across various domains, including security, networking, and client integration. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders makes you a valuable asset in driving partner engagement and adoption.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead end-to-end technical engagements with partners, guiding them through onboarding, proof of concept execution, and data product evaluation. You will design and prototype cross-cloud Delta Sharing architectures, focusing on governance, entitlements, and security patterns.
You will build and validate hands-on demos and sample data products, ensuring that partners have the tools they need to succeed. Additionally, you will contribute to the evolution of the Partner Well Architected Framework, keeping best practices up-to-date based on real partner experiences.
Your responsibilities will also include enabling and educating partners and field teams on best practices for data collaboration and sharing, ensuring that they are well-equipped to utilize Databricks' offerings effectively.
