Who you are
You have over 10 years of experience in the data analytics space, allowing you to understand and prioritize product capabilities effectively. As a trusted advisor to technical executives, you excel in building relationships and aligning product strategies with business objectives. Your expertise in product adoption strategies enables you to create scalable and repeatable programs that drive significant business outcomes.
You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management and go-to-market teams, to develop playbooks that enhance product adoption. Your ability to collect and analyze signals from the field helps establish product-market fit, ensuring that the products meet customer needs and expectations. You thrive in environments where you can influence strategic decisions and represent the field perspective in product development.
Your experience includes triaging product escalations and prioritizing customer blockers to maximize the impact of product development on the field. You are adept at creating communities of embedded product leads across the organization, fostering accountability and driving behavior that aligns with product goals. Your strategic mindset allows you to define and execute on objectives that lead to meaningful business unit outcomes.
Desirable
Experience in leading product adoption initiatives in a technology-driven environment is a plus. Familiarity with financial performance metrics and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
As the Lead Adoption Architect at Databricks, you will be responsible for driving the financial performance and field effectiveness of a specific product line. You will work closely with product managers and go-to-market teams to lay out the playbook for product priorities, ensuring that all actions align with the overall strategy. Your role will involve setting the vision for product plays that can be amplified across the entire field, creating a cohesive approach to product adoption.
You will establish global plays that include deliverables, resources, tracking, and program management, enabling business units to execute effectively and drive product line adoption. By partnering with business unit leaders and embedded product leads, you will create strategies that help achieve product-specific targets and drive accountability at the ground level.
Your responsibilities will also include collecting signals from the field to inform product management and ensure alignment between roadmaps and play objectives. You will prioritize customer blockers to maximize the field impact of product development, ensuring that the products meet market demands and customer expectations.
