You have a strong background in business operations with a deep understanding of data management principles and practices — your experience enables you to navigate complex operational challenges effectively. You are skilled in building reports and dashboards for various stakeholders, ensuring that data-driven decision-making is at the forefront of your work. Your collaborative nature allows you to work seamlessly with teams across Engineering, Data Science, HR, and Finance, driving operational excellence as the company scales. You are detail-oriented and possess the ability to orchestrate jobs using Databricks Jobs and Lakeflow, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Desirable
Experience with serverless networking platforms is a plus, as you will be leading and supporting projects that enhance the underlying networking infrastructure. Familiarity with customer-facing networking features will help you contribute to the success of the product teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead key projects that are critical to the operational success of Databricks. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that systems deliver operational excellence while scaling with the company. Your responsibilities will include building reports and dashboards for monthly, quarterly, and executive-level reporting, which will be essential for tracking progress and making informed decisions. You will orchestrate jobs using Databricks Jobs and Lakeflow, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective.
You will also be responsible for driving the launch of external customer-facing networking features, working closely with internal product teams to enhance the underlying networking infrastructure. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of these projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that data management principles are adhered to, supporting the company's mission to enable Data and AI teams to solve the world's toughest problems.
