Who you are
You have a strong background in engineering, particularly in deploying and customizing AI-driven solutions. Your experience includes working directly with customers to ensure seamless service experiences, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can bridge technical expertise with user needs. You are familiar with conversational AI technologies and have a keen understanding of how to optimize automated service interactions. Your analytical skills allow you to monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance service quality.
You have experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression QA, ensuring that voice and chat bots meet high standards of accuracy and conversational quality. Your ability to configure and maintain deployments across various partner environments showcases your technical proficiency and adaptability. You are comfortable working with analytics and logging tools to monitor operational health and identify issues proactively.
What you'll do
As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Hopper, you will play a crucial role in deploying and optimizing the HTS Assist AI voice and chat assistant. Your responsibilities will include configuring conversational flows and managing LLM prompts to ensure effective system orchestration. You will conduct user acceptance testing and regression QA for voice and chat bots, measuring accuracy and overall conversational quality. Your role will also involve monitoring operational health through analytics, identifying issues, and coordinating fixes with product and core engineering teams.
You will collaborate closely with partners to design and implement AI-driven service automation solutions, ensuring that the HTS Assist delivers seamless automated service experiences. Your work will help Hopper scale its autonomous service technology in the travel industry, contributing to the broader mission of enhancing the HTS Assist ecosystem. You will provide data-driven insights and testing support to continuously improve performance and reliability, making a significant impact on the user experience.
