You are passionate about building capable Data and AI services teams and have a deep understanding of the technical challenges involved in this space.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and rollout of AI tools and workflows across the Databricks Professional Services organization. You will identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases, focusing on areas such as scoping, delivery execution, quality assurance, and proposal support. Your leadership will be crucial in building and iterating on AI-powered internal tools that enhance operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with engineering partners to drive rapid iteration and implementation of solutions that meet customer needs. Your ability to balance technical expertise with strategic insight will be key to your success in this position.
