Who you are
You are a hands-on technical program leader with a strong background in AI tooling and workflows. You thrive at the intersection of product thinking and fast experimentation, with a proven track record of identifying high-impact use cases in professional services. Your experience includes developing proofs of concept using the Databricks stack and third-party tools, ensuring that you can effectively guide teams through the evolving data and AI landscape.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to work closely with delivery and operations teams to scale solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and speed in serving customers. You are passionate about building capable Data and AI services teams and have a deep understanding of the technical challenges involved in this space.
Desirable
Experience with AI tools and workflows in a professional services context is a plus. Familiarity with the Databricks platform and its capabilities will help you excel in this role. You are also comfortable working in a collaborative environment, where you can share insights and drive innovation.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design, development, and rollout of AI tools and workflows across the Databricks Professional Services organization.
