What you'll do

In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing the capabilities of people leaders and employees at Klaviyo. You will design and implement high-impact learning programs that focus on skill development, career growth, and AI upskilling. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure that the learning initiatives align with Klaviyo's culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

You will analyze data and feedback to refine existing programs and develop new learning opportunities that resonate with Klaviyo's diverse workforce. Your hands-on approach will involve facilitating workshops, creating engaging learning materials, and leveraging technology to enhance the learning experience. You will also contribute to the overall strategy of the Talent & Learning team, ensuring that Klaviyo remains at the forefront of employee development.
