You have 4+ years of experience in a SaaS customer-facing role, ideally with direct renewals experience. Your proven history of delivering high on-time renewal rates showcases your results-driven and customer-focused approach. You possess strong analytical capabilities and a strategic mindset, which allows you to proactively identify and mitigate renewal risks. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences boosts loyalty and retention rates.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Account Executives, Solution Architects, Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal teams. Your ability to foster a high-performance, customer-first team culture rooted in integrity and collaboration is essential for success in this role. You are adept at delivering clear, actionable, and data-driven updates to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency across the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the entire renewal lifecycle, ensuring that all milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met. You will analyze and forecast renewal risks up to 180 days prior to contract expiration, addressing potential challenges before they arise. Your goal will be to drive your assigned territory to consistently surpass quarterly and annual renewal bookings goals. You will partner with sales, customer success, and cross-functional teams to identify at-risk accounts and design effective churn mitigation strategies.

You will lead insightful reporting efforts, delivering updates that inform key stakeholders about the renewal process and its outcomes. Your strategic collaboration with internal teams will be crucial in maximizing retention and driving renewal booking growth. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence within your team, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
