Who you are
You have a strong background in account management, particularly within the SaaS industry, and are adept at managing customer relationships to ensure timely renewals. Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams such as Customer Support, Finance, and Sales, allowing you to effectively coordinate efforts to meet customer needs. You are comfortable working with APIs and product usage data, enabling you to understand each customerβs unique use case and configuration. You are motivated by the challenge of leveraging AI-driven tools to manage customer accounts at scale, ensuring a smooth renewal experience.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to serve as the commercial point of contact for your accounts. Your ability to conduct internal health checks and maintain account hygiene in Salesforce demonstrates your commitment to data quality and process standardization. You thrive in environments where you can proactively identify risks and expansion opportunities, providing clear recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience with customer success metrics and strategies is a plus, as is familiarity with contract negotiation and commercial operations. A background in data analysis will help you drive insights that improve customer retention and value over time.
What you'll do
As a Renewals Manager at Sift, you will own a portfolio of scale and mid-market SaaS customers, ensuring a timely and organized renewal cadence. You will partner closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to align on customer value, usage, and risk, conducting internal health checks ahead of renewal milestones. Your role will involve reviewing product usage, contract terms, pricing, and addressing any open issues that may affect renewals.
You will proactively identify risks within your book of business and flag these to internal stakeholders, providing clear recommendations for action. Additionally, you will manage the quoting and negotiation of commercial terms, ensuring that all deals are executed smoothly and efficiently. Your focus on operational excellence will drive improvements in customer experience, as you provide feedback on new systems and workflows that impact customer interactions.
