You have over 7 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years specifically in demand generation within a high-growth SaaS startup. Your strong communication and stakeholder management skills enable you to influence decisions across senior levels effectively. You have a proven ability to build operational frameworks, manage budgets, and drive cross-functional alignment, ensuring that all marketing efforts are strategically aligned with company goals.
You are data-driven, capable of synthesizing complex data and insights to guide executive decision-making and make strategic adjustments as necessary. Your forward-thinking mindset allows you to advocate for a roadmap that prioritizes high-impact projects, helping to scale the organization effectively. You thrive in environments that require collaboration across various teams, ensuring that marketing initiatives are integrated and aligned with overarching business objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Demand Generation and be responsible for uniting cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute the biannual, strategic, and integrated Demand Generation and Field Marketing plan. You will act as a central connecting point between go-to-market teams, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching priorities and delivering measurable growth. Your leadership will facilitate collaboration across Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, and other key leaders, articulating how integrated half-year plans roll up to company goals and securing executive alignment and approval.
You will inform and champion transformational operational excellence, establishing a strong, scalable operating rhythm that drives accountability, transparency, and measurability throughout the campaign development process. Your role will also involve advocating for and prioritizing a roadmap that identifies and prioritizes high-impact projects to help scale the organization effectively. You will be expected to synthesize complex data and insights to guide executive decision-making and strategic adjustments, ensuring that the marketing strategies are both effective and aligned with the company's goals.
