Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in demand generation or marketing roles, where you've successfully designed and implemented acquisition strategies across both paid and organic channels. Your analytical mindset allows you to continuously test and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and in-app messaging to improve conversion rates. You are familiar with PLG models and understand how they can be leveraged for enterprise expansion, making you a valuable asset in driving user engagement and growth.
You possess strong collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with product teams to identify activation levers and reduce friction points in the customer journey. Your experience with automated nurture sequences has equipped you to move users seamlessly through their journey, ensuring a smooth transition from trial to conversion. You are data-driven, using insights from campaign performance to inform your strategies and improve ROI.
Desirable
Experience with tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics is a plus, as is familiarity with SQL for data analysis. A background in B2B marketing or experience in tech-driven environments will help you thrive in this role, as you will be working with innovative AI-driven devices and solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize acquisition strategies that drive trial signups and conversions. You will build and optimize demand generation programs, focusing on converting prosumer users into enterprise champions. Your responsibilities will include creating automated nurture sequences that guide users through the customer journey, continuously testing and optimizing landing pages, email campaigns, and in-app messaging.
