You have a strong background in employee relations, with experience acting as a trusted advisor to leadership teams. Your expertise includes performance management, workplace investigations, and compliance with employment laws. You understand the importance of fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, and you are committed to upholding company values and principles. You are skilled in navigating complex employee performance issues and have a track record of developing scalable solutions to support organizational growth.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with employees and management alike. Your analytical mindset enables you to gather and assess information effectively, leading to informed decision-making. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and addressing them before they escalate, ensuring a positive employee experience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with leaders across the organization to enhance the employee relations function. You will provide guidance on performance management, helping managers address complex employee performance concerns and navigate the involuntary termination process. You will lead end-to-end workplace investigations, collaborating closely with the Employment Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to policies and laws. Your responsibilities will also include preparing investigation reports and tracking cases in the management system.
You will advise and support managers through reorganizations, ensuring that changes are communicated effectively and that employees are supported throughout the process. As a strategic partner, you will contribute to the development of employee relations programs that align with the company's growth objectives. You will be an ambassador for the company's values, driving a performance-based work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
