Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in content strategy and user experience. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the nuances of how content can enhance product usability and customer satisfaction. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and technical writing, to drive strategic improvements in content delivery. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess user engagement and content effectiveness, ensuring that the content meets the needs of diverse user personas.
Desirable
Experience with AI-assisted content tools or content management systems is a plus. Familiarity with data analytics and user research methodologies will help you make informed decisions about content strategy. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on user needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the content experience end-to-end, ensuring that users of Databricks can easily find and engage with helpful, intuitive, and actionable content. You will drive strategic improvements to content tooling and workflows, defining how content is authored, managed, and delivered at scale. Collaborating closely with engineering, tech writing, design, and AI teams, you will work to enhance the speed, consistency, and quality of content. You will also design systems and tools that enable context experts to contribute directly to content, fostering a culture of participation and collaboration.
