Who you are
You have extensive experience in program management, particularly in driving AI-focused initiatives that enhance learning and enablement. Your ability to operate at all levels of an organization allows you to effectively translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps. You bring a first-principles approach to solving complex problems, especially in fast-moving environments, and are comfortable managing a diverse ecosystem of vendors and partners.
Your project management discipline is strong, and you excel in planning, executing, and delivering projects with clear scope, timelines, and success criteria. You have a proven track record of leading transformation initiatives that leverage AI to create personalized learning experiences and improve operational efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive the planning and execution of learning and enablement projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and organizational goals. You will lead AI transformation initiatives from pilot through to scaled adoption, partnering closely with leaders across Learning & Enablement, GTM, Product, IT, and Data/AI teams. Your responsibilities will include managing the full lifecycle of staff augmentation and ensuring that programs are delivered on time and within scope.
You will also be responsible for fostering collaboration among various teams to prioritize and scale programs that enhance enablement effectiveness. Your ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders will be crucial in translating complex ideas into clear, actionable plans that drive results.
