Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in partner enablement and revenue strategies — you've successfully developed and executed enablement programs that enhance partner readiness and productivity. Your experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, has equipped you with the skills to translate complex strategies into actionable plans for partners.
You thrive in collaborative environments and understand the importance of teamwork — you value individual contributions while fostering a culture of support and innovation. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ensures that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.
You are passionate about AI and cloud computing — you stay updated on industry trends and understand how they impact partner relationships and enablement strategies. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
Desirable
Experience in the AI or cloud computing sectors is a plus — familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in these fields will enhance your ability to create relevant enablement content. A background in sales or marketing can also be beneficial, as it provides insights into partner needs and expectations.
What you'll do

Your ability to foster strong relationships with partners will be crucial in understanding their challenges and providing tailored support.
You will also play a key role in onboarding new partners — your expertise will guide them through the initial stages of their journey with Nebius, ensuring they have a solid foundation to build upon. Regular feedback sessions with partners will help you continuously improve the enablement process and adapt to their evolving needs.
