Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in pre-sales, particularly within the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors β€” your experience has equipped you with the skills to help large enterprises become more data-driven. With a solid background in value selling and technical account management, you understand how to align technical strategies with business goals, ensuring successful adoption of solutions. Your technical leadership is complemented by your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You are comfortable working with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence applications β€” you can articulate their relevance and application across various use cases. Your experience in building relationships with clients allows you to act as the main technical voice for Databricks, guiding customers on their transformational journey. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Enterprise Account Executives and hands-on resources to deliver impactful solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and direct the technical strategy for some of Databricks' largest and most important accounts, leading to deeper adoption of our products. You will implement the technical strategy in close alignment with the overall account strategy, ensuring that clients see the value in Databricks solutions. Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members and building a movement of technical champions within client organizations. You will also work on creating proofs of concept that demonstrate the capabilities of Databricks products, helping clients visualize their potential impact.

You will engage with multiple clients, leading discussions around technical strategies and ensuring that their needs are met through tailored solutions. Your role will involve aligning technical strategies around Databricks solutions, providing structured mentorship for other team members, and gaining the respect of your peers through your insights and experience. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and be part of a team that is transforming the way organizations leverage data. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement β€” your unique perspective could be just what we need. Join us in making a significant impact in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors through data-driven solutions.
