Who you are
You have a proven track record in pre-sales roles, ideally with 5+ years of experience in technical account management, particularly within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Your expertise in value selling and technical leadership allows you to effectively guide large enterprises on their journey to becoming more data-driven. You understand the relevance and application of machine learning and artificial intelligence across various use cases, enabling you to align technical strategies with client needs.
Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your technical acumen, allowing you to serve as the main technical voice for Databricks. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including hands-on resources who develop proofs of concept, ensuring that the technical strategy is implemented effectively within accounts. You are also committed to mentoring team members, sharing your insights and experience to foster a culture of growth and collaboration.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with the Enterprise Account Executive to define and direct the technical strategy for Databricks' largest and most important accounts. You will lead clients on a transformational journey, helping them evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their overall strategy. Your responsibilities will include implementing technical strategies that align with client goals, building a movement of technical champions within accounts, and ensuring widespread adoption of Databricks' products.
You will also be responsible for providing structured mentorship to other team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in the healthcare and life sciences domain. Your insights and experience will be invaluable in gaining the respect of your peers and driving success in your accounts. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that technical strategies are effectively communicated and executed, ultimately leading to deeper adoption of machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions.
