What you'll do

As a Solutions Architect at GitLab, you will engage with Mid-Market prospects and customers, providing insights into how GitLab’s DevSecOps platform can address their needs. You will conduct assessments of client environments, identifying areas where GitLab can add value and improve efficiency. You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements. Your role will involve presenting technical demonstrations and conducting workshops to educate clients on best practices.

You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from clients to inform product development and enhancements. By understanding customer pain points, you will help shape the future of GitLab’s offerings. You will participate in industry events and conferences, representing GitLab and sharing your expertise with a broader audience. Your contributions will play a key role in driving customer success and satisfaction.
