Who you are

You have a strong background in big data technologies and have worked as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role for at least 5 years. You possess deep knowledge of the Databricks Platform and are skilled in data engineering and data science. Your experience includes engaging with clients to understand their big data challenges and providing tailored solutions that drive value. You are adept at integrating with client systems and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within specifications. You excel in customer service and are committed to helping clients achieve their goals through effective use of technology.

Desirable

Experience with cloud technologies and familiarity with various data architectures will set you apart. Knowledge of machine learning applications and AI integration is a plus, as is experience in training clients on technical solutions. You are a strong communicator, able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with clients on short to medium-term engagements, addressing their big data challenges using the Databricks Platform. You will design and build reference architectures, create how-to guides, and help productionalize customer use cases. Collaborating with engagement managers, you will scope professional services and provide strategic guidance to customers as they implement transformational big data projects. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end design, build, and deployment of industry-leading big data and AI applications. You will also consult on architecture and design, ensuring that customer projects are successfully bootstrapped and implemented. Providing escalated support for operational issues will be part of your role, as you work with the Databricks technical team to meet customer needs effectively.
