Sendbird is seeking a Solutions Architect to collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver innovative solutions. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in technical solutions and enjoy working directly with customers to understand their needs. You are flexible with different technologies and a quick learner, eager to be the voice of customers when collaborating with the Product team. Your experience allows you to design and build technical solutions that elevate customer experiences. You are comfortable speaking with developers, product managers, and C-level executives, making you an effective communicator across various levels of the organization.
Desirable
Experience in AI or omnichannel platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with customer engagement strategies. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about delivering value through innovative solutions. You understand the importance of customer feedback in shaping product development and are eager to contribute to this process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with the Customer Success and Sales teams to educate customers on how to best utilize Sendbird's omnichannel AI agent platform. You will be responsible for designing scalable solutions that meet customer needs and enhance their experience with the platform. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the solutions you provide are innovative and effective. You will also engage with customers to gather feedback and insights that will inform product development and improvements.
You will play a key role in enabling customers to leverage the platform effectively, ensuring they understand its capabilities and how it can benefit their operations. Your technical expertise will be crucial in addressing customer inquiries and providing solutions that drive satisfaction and engagement. You will also be involved in presenting solutions to stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned on the objectives and outcomes of the projects you undertake.
