You are comfortable speaking with developers, product managers, and C-level executives, making you an effective communicator across various levels of the organization.

Experience in AI or omnichannel platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with customer engagement strategies. What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the Customer Success and Sales teams to educate customers on how to best utilize Sendbird's omnichannel AI agent platform. You will be responsible for designing scalable solutions that meet customer needs and enhance their experience with the platform. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the solutions you provide are innovative and effective. You will also engage with customers to gather feedback and insights that will inform product development and improvements.

You will play a key role in enabling customers to leverage the platform effectively, ensuring they understand its capabilities and how it can benefit their operations. Your technical expertise will be crucial in addressing customer inquiries and providing solutions that drive satisfaction and engagement. You will also be involved in presenting solutions to stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned on the objectives and outcomes of the projects you undertake.
