You have a strong technical background with experience in data engineering, data science, and machine learning — you understand the complexities of big data architectures and are eager to push their boundaries. You possess a deep sense of ownership and are adaptable, thriving in ambiguous situations while guiding customers through the competitive landscape. Your curiosity drives you to continuously learn new technologies and their implementations on the Databricks platform. You are capable of operating with confidence and have a proven track record of helping customers ship solutions at production scale.

Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus, as is familiarity with SQL analysis workflows and proof of concept implementations. You are comfortable collaborating with sales teams and providing technical leadership to help customers understand how Databricks can solve their business problems.

What you'll do

As a Solutions Architect on the Digital Natives team, you will partner with the sales team to drive technical discovery and solution design, focusing on winning competitive deals and accelerating time-to-value in strategic accounts. You will consult on big data architectures and implement proof of concepts for strategic projects, spanning data engineering, data science, and machine learning. Your role will involve developing architectures and solutions using the Databricks platform and APIs, while also guiding customers through best practices and implementation strategies. You will continuously research and learn new technologies, ensuring that you remain at the forefront of the industry and can provide the best solutions to your clients.
