Job Description
Who you are
You have 7+ years of experience in technical program management, particularly in AI or machine learning domains — you've successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within scope. Your strong understanding of distributed systems allows you to navigate technical challenges effectively, ensuring that product requirements are met while maintaining operational excellence.

You'll design and implement scalable operations processes that address the complexities of machine learning infrastructure, enabling our platform to serve at scale.
You will partner with field teams and solution architects to drive customer adoption of our GenAI offerings, defining success metrics and managing early access programs to gather valuable feedback. Your ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements will be crucial as you work closely with product and engineering leaders to ensure excellence in both engineering and product delivery.
