Who you are
You are a seasoned Technical Program Manager with a strong background in managing complex operational programs, particularly in AI and machine learning environments. With at least 5 years of experience, you thrive in data-driven settings and have a proven track record of executing large-scale projects from inception to completion. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to surface risks and guide decisions effectively. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and cloud providers, to ensure successful project outcomes.
You possess a deep understanding of GenAI operations and capacity planning, and you are comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to continuous learning and growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of critical GenAI operational initiatives, planning and executing day-0 launches of new LLM models on Databricks' platform. You will work closely with AI/ML engineering teams to ensure that operational processes are efficient and scalable. Your responsibilities will include managing timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
You will leverage your strong analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for optimization. By collaborating with infrastructure and finance teams, you will help to establish best practices for managing GenAI workloads. You will also be responsible for reporting on project status and outcomes to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
