You have a strong background in curriculum development and a passion for education, particularly in software engineering. You understand the importance of data and AI skills in today's job market and are committed to helping learners succeed. You possess excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with diverse teams. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with instructors and stakeholders to create impactful learning experiences. You are proactive in researching industry trends and in-demand skills, ensuring that the curriculum remains relevant and effective. You believe in the power of inclusive education and are dedicated to fostering a diverse learning environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the software engineering curriculum roadmap, conducting research on industry trends and continuously iterating on the curriculum strategy. You will collaborate with instructors and teams across curriculum, engineering, product, and marketing to design and develop engaging course content. Your responsibilities will include recruiting instructors, creating course outlines, and reviewing course content to ensure it meets the highest standards. You will also be responsible for updating existing course materials to reflect the latest advancements in software engineering. By working closely with various teams, you will help millions of learners worldwide upskill in foundational programming and engineering skills, making a significant impact on their careers.
