You are skilled in managing projects and collaborating with diverse teams to create high-quality educational content. Your experience includes recruiting subject matter experts and ensuring that course materials are both technically accurate and pedagogically effective. You are adept at using learner feedback to continuously improve course offerings and identify new topics that meet the needs of a global audience. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to fostering a culture of learning and growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the entire content development lifecycle for DataCamp's Data Science and Data Engineering curriculum. You will source and recruit top-tier instructors who are experts in their fields, collaborating closely with them to create engaging and effective course content. Your responsibilities will include designing, reviewing, and updating course materials to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality. You will work with cross-functional teams to enable the creation of advanced technical topics and continuously assess course performance using learner feedback and engagement data. You will own your portion of the curriculum roadmap, identifying and prioritizing existing gaps or new topics to enhance the learning experience for millions of users worldwide. Additionally, you will explore opportunities to develop AI workflows that optimize content delivery and engagement.
