Your proficiency in tools such as Airflow, Snowflake, and dbt enables you to stay current with industry standards and best practices. You can quickly learn new tools and technologies, identifying what learners need to know about them to succeed in their careers.
Your strong expertise in instructional design is complemented by proven experience in designing, structuring, and teaching technical courses. You create interactive, hands-on learning experiences that engage learners and facilitate their understanding of complex concepts. With a graduate degree (Masterβs or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related STEM field, or equivalent industry experience, you bring a wealth of knowledge to the role.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging courses that meet the needs of learners at various skill levels. Your role will involve structuring course content, developing assessments, and ensuring that the learning experience is interactive and hands-on.
You will also work closely with the marketing and product teams to align course offerings with market demands and learner interests. By analyzing learner feedback and performance data, you will continuously improve course content and delivery methods to enhance the overall learning experience. Your ability to adapt to new tools and technologies will be crucial in keeping the curriculum relevant and up-to-date.
In addition to course development, you will play a key role in instructor recruitment and training. You will leverage your network to identify potential instructors and provide them with the necessary support and resources to deliver high-quality courses. Your strong communication skills will be essential in fostering relationships with instructors and ensuring that they are aligned with DataCamp's educational goals.
You will also participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy for curriculum development at DataCamp. Your insights and expertise will help shape the direction of the curriculum and ensure that it meets the evolving needs of learners in the data science and data engineering fields.
