You have a strong background in curriculum development and a passion for data science and data engineering. You excel in managing projects and collaborating with diverse teams, ensuring that educational content is both engaging and technically accurate. Your experience includes recruiting subject matter experts and creating course outlines that resonate with learners. You are adept at using learner feedback to continuously improve course offerings and identify curriculum gaps. You understand the importance of pedagogical effectiveness and strive to create content that meets the needs of a global audience. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to enable the creation of advanced technical topics. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for innovation in curriculum development, particularly in the context of AI workflows.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the entire content development lifecycle, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld. You will source and recruit top-tier instructors who are experts in their fields, collaborating closely with them to create engaging and informative content. Your responsibilities will include designing, reviewing, and creating course materials that cover a wide range of data science and data engineering topics. You will assess course performance using learner feedback and engagement data, driving improvements based on this analysis. You will own your portion of the curriculum roadmap, identifying and prioritizing existing gaps or new topics that need to be addressed. Additionally, you will work with cross-functional teams to enable the creation of more advanced technical content, ensuring that it aligns with industry standards and learner expectations. You will also have the opportunity to develop AI workflows that optimize content creation processes, enhancing the overall learning experience for users.
