You have experience in managing customer accounts and are comfortable handling technical support escalations, billing inquiries, and enablement requests. You are adaptable and can pivot account management strategies based on varying customer requirements, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Associate at Datadog, you will focus on nurturing long-term strategic relationships with customers. Your primary responsibility will be to drive product adoption and identify growth opportunities across a high volume of accounts. You will act as an internal advocate for customers, ensuring they have a positive experience while using Datadog's solutions. You will follow a well-defined methodology to assess customer needs and clearly communicate the value of the Datadog product.

You will manage requests from your book of business, which may include technical support escalations, billing questions, and documentation requests. Your role will involve collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to address customer needs effectively. You will monitor customer usage trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for renewal, ensuring that customers are leveraging the solution effectively. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of the Customer Success team as you help scale operations and foster personal development within the team.
