What you'll do
As a Customer Success Associate, you will focus on developing long-term strategic relationships with Datadog customers. You will drive product adoption and identify growth opportunities across a diverse customer base. Your responsibilities will include managing requests from your book of business, such as technical support escalations and billing inquiries, to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will act as an advisor, helping customers leverage Datadog's solutions effectively and efficiently.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including support, product, and finance, to address customer needs and enhance their experience. By following a well-defined methodology, you will identify target opportunities and manage the full sales cycle, ensuring that customers are satisfied and engaged with the product.
