What you'll do

As the Manager 2 of Premier Support Engineering, you will manage, develop, coach, and mentor a team of Premier Support Engineers and Federal Support Engineers. You will be responsible for overseeing team performance, conducting performance reviews, and addressing any employee relations issues. Collaborating with senior leadership, you will drive team projects and initiatives aimed at improving productivity and processes. Your role will also involve acting as a resource for high-priority escalations, ensuring that client requests are handled efficiently and effectively.
