Datadog is seeking a Manager of Customer Success to lead and develop teams of Customer Success Managers. You'll focus on enhancing customer experience and retention while fostering a collaborative office culture in Denver.

Who you are
You have over 6 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with at least 3 years in the SaaS space. Your background includes leading high-performing teams of Customer Success Managers, where you've demonstrated a proven track record of success. You understand the importance of customer relationships and have a knack for motivating your team to foster trust and achieve consistent revenue growth. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to balance autonomy with effective communication, ensuring that your team operates smoothly and efficiently. You thrive in a collaborative environment and value the relationships built within your team and across the organization. You are passionate about talent attraction, retention, and development, and you are committed to creating high-performance teams that drive positive customer outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive and influence the full renewal and expansion sales cycle, acting as an advisor and role model for exemplary customer service. You will serve as a regional or segment owner, addressing relevant matters and acting as an escalation point when necessary. Your leadership will motivate Customer Success Managers to build strong customer relationships that enhance retention and satisfaction. You will collaborate cross-functionally to tackle complex challenges and ensure that customer needs are met effectively. Your focus will be on developing your team, providing coaching and support to help them succeed in their roles. You will also play a key role in shaping the customer experience at Datadog, ensuring that your team's efforts contribute to the company's overall success.
