You have 5-7 years of experience in customer success or a related field — you've successfully built long-term relationships with clients and understand the importance of customer advocacy. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail enable you to effectively convey the value of the Datadog product to customers. You are driven by the challenge of identifying unique customer needs and proactively addressing them — your ability to monitor usage trends helps you uncover renewal risks and promote greater adoption rates. You enjoy working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Support, Product, Finance, and Legal to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Datadog, you will partner with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding experience for new customers. You will proactively build relationships with customers to create mutual trust and successfully carry out the full sales cycle for growth opportunities within existing accounts. Acting as an advisor, you will ensure customers are leveraging the Datadog solution effectively, monitoring their usage trends to identify renewal risks and promote greater adoption rates.
You will advocate for the customer internally, focusing on their unique needs and ensuring they have a positive experience with Datadog. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal teams to address customer inquiries and enhance their overall experience with our products. You will also be responsible for identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, contributing to the growth of the customer base.
