You have experience in employee relations or a related field, with a strong understanding of workplace investigations and compliance. You are skilled in managing sensitive employee matters and can navigate complex situations with discretion and professionalism. Your analytical skills allow you to assess trends and metrics effectively, helping to inform proactive risk mitigation strategies. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure consistent practices across the organization. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering well-documented outcomes that support a positive workplace culture. You understand the importance of building scalable infrastructure for employee relations and are eager to contribute to shaping these processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, misconduct, and workplace concerns across the Americas. You will manage the full case lifecycle, including intake, triage, scoping, interviewing, documentation, and closeout. You will partner with People Business Partners and Employment Counsel to assess risk and ensure consistent practices in handling sensitive employee matters. Your role will involve analyzing employee relations trends and metrics to surface insights that inform proactive risk mitigation strategies. You will participate in global cases as requested, contributing to the development of a global-ready employee relations investigations function. Your work will help shape practices that support Datadogβs high-growth environment and enhance the employee experience.
