Headway is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to strengthen organizational health and lead employee relations processes. This role requires strong judgment and discretion in managing employee accommodations and relations.

You have significant experience in employee relations, ideally within a fast-growing organization. Your background includes a deep understanding of HR practices and the ability to navigate complex employee situations with discretion and sound judgment. You are committed to reinforcing organizational values through fair and compassionate practices, ensuring that all employees feel supported and valued. You understand the importance of creating an inclusive workplace and are skilled at providing reasonable accommodations for employees with disabilities. Your approach is proactive, focusing on strengthening organizational health and mitigating risks associated with employee relations.
Desirable
Experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with mental health care systems. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and have a track record of enhancing manager effectiveness through centralized support. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the employee relations and accommodations processes, ensuring that all practices are values-aligned and consistent across the organization. You will work closely with managers to provide guidance and support, helping them navigate employee relations issues effectively. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to enhance organizational health, as well as providing training and resources to managers to improve their effectiveness in handling employee relations matters. You will also play a key role in identifying trends and areas for improvement within the organization, using data and feedback to inform your strategies.
You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that employee accommodations are handled with care and respect, fostering an inclusive environment for all employees. Your role will involve regular communication with employees to address their concerns and provide support as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to employee relations and accommodations.
