What you'll do
As the Engineering Manager for the Cloud SIEM team, you will be responsible for building and leading a new team dedicated to security case management. You will drive the technical vision for the team, ensuring that the product aligns with Datadog's strategic goals in the security domain. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to develop a cohesive strategy for managing, automating, and resolving security cases. Your role will involve overseeing the development of case workflows and automation features that empower analysts to respond to incidents efficiently. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
You will work with various stakeholders across Cloud SIEM, Security, and Workflows to ensure that the security response experience is seamless and effective. You will also be involved in setting performance metrics and evaluating the success of the team's initiatives.
