Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the cybersecurity domain, where you've successfully led teams and driven product strategy. Your background includes a deep understanding of threat detection and incident response, allowing you to empathize with security practitioners and address their challenges effectively.

You possess strong leadership skills, having managed teams of product managers and collaborated closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. Your ability to communicate effectively across various stakeholders ensures that product vision aligns with business goals and user needs.

You are data-driven, using metrics to inform product decisions and validate the success of your initiatives. Your experience in defining and executing product roadmaps demonstrates your capability to prioritize features that deliver maximum value to customers.

Desirable

Experience with cloud-based security solutions or SIEM products is a plus, as is familiarity with automation in security operations. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and value collaboration and creativity in your work culture.

What you'll do

As a Group Product Manager at Datadog, you will lead and grow a team focused on enhancing our Threat Detection and Incident Response capabilities within the Cloud SIEM product. You will define and execute the product strategy, ensuring that our offerings meet the evolving needs of security teams.

You will own the roadmap for key areas such as detection workflows, investigation experiences, and response automation. This involves building deep empathy with security practitioners to understand their challenges and translating those insights into actionable product features.

Collaboration is key in this role; you will partner with engineering, design, and security research teams to deliver cohesive, cross-platform security solutions. Your leadership will drive innovation that empowers security teams to transition from alerting to action, ultimately enhancing their operational efficiency.
