As the Engineering Manager for the Training & Serving team, you will be responsible for managing and growing your team, ensuring that they are equipped to tackle critical technical challenges. You will define the technical vision and roadmap for your team, aligning it with the broader goals of the AI platform and the Applied AI organization. Your role will involve collaborating with core platform teams to tailor Datadog's storage, infrastructure, and data pipelines to meet the needs of your projects. You will lead initiatives that enhance the user experience and drive innovation within the AI platform.
