What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager I, you will lead a talented engineering team at the intersection of security and AI. You will partner with various stakeholders to design and deliver AI Agents that enhance the security capabilities of Datadog’s platform. Your role will involve guiding the team in building systems that integrate Datadog’s security platform with GenAI models and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.

You will own the delivery of critical product initiatives, ensuring that your team meets Datadog’s high standards for technical excellence and reliability. Your hands-on involvement will include conducting code and design reviews, ensuring that the team adheres to best practices in software development. You will also play a key role in shaping the future of AI in security, helping analysts respond to threats more effectively.
