Who you are

You have a BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related scientific field or equivalent experience. You’re a backend engineer with at least 4 years of professional experience in languages such as Go, Python, or Java, valuing code simplicity and performance. You have relevant work experience with large language models (LLMs), large-scale systems, and machine learning, having shipped software that utilizes LLMs into production. You are eager to work in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and creativity are key.

Desirable

Experience with AI agents and security applications is a plus, as well as familiarity with retrieval and planning strategies. You are comfortable managing prompts and evaluations, designing fallbacks, and implementing human-in-the-loop paths. You stay updated with the latest research on Generative AI and AI agents, which enhances your ability to contribute effectively to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with users, security experts, product managers, and data scientists to develop cutting-edge AI agents that provide real value to customers. You will be responsible for developing tools and strategies that enhance the capabilities of our AI agents, ensuring they are effective in investigating alerts and understanding threats. Your collaboration with product and design teams will help build cohesive user experiences that meet the needs of our clients. You will prototype solutions, iterate based on user feedback, and ultimately ship high-quality products that align with our mission of integrating security and observability.
