Who you are
You have a strong background in product marketing, ideally with experience in technology or software products β you understand how to translate complex technical details into compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to influence product direction and accelerate adoption. Your ability to connect technical capabilities with customer value is a key strength, and you enjoy crafting messaging that bridges the gap between technical detail and user impact.
You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to create engaging content for various platforms, including digital campaigns and events. Your experience includes developing technical sales enablement materials that empower customer-facing teams and enhance their effectiveness. You are comfortable working in a hybrid workplace, valuing the relationships and collaboration that come from in-person interactions while also being adaptable to remote work.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for Datadogβs Network Monitoring products, crafting positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the value of these products to practitioners and executives alike. You will create and maintain product-focused content for launches, digital campaigns, and events, ensuring that all materials are aligned with the overall marketing strategy. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial in driving awareness, adoption, and engagement for the Network Monitoring products.
You will build and scale technical sales enablement materials, including training courses and certifications, that strengthen the capabilities of customer-facing teams. Additionally, you will develop high-impact assets such as technical blogs and use case decks that highlight the benefits of Datadogβs offerings. Your role will also involve analyzing market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine messaging and positioning, ensuring that Datadog remains competitive in the market.
