Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in channel management or partnerships, with a proven track record of driving revenue through strategic alliances. Your leadership skills shine as you develop and manage high-performing teams, recognizing exceptional talent and coaching them for success. You understand the technology landscape and have experience working with major cloud providers like AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure, enabling you to effectively recruit and develop partners in the tech ecosystem.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to achieve common goals. Your ability to identify and recruit new companies into the partner network is complemented by your hands-on approach to developing existing partners' revenue through business and technical enablement. You are data-driven, using metrics to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.

Desirable

Experience in the SaaS industry or with technology alliances is a plus. Familiarity with sales operations and customer success strategies will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling Datadog's partner ecosystem in India. You will identify and recruit new partners, including system integrators, managed service providers, and value-added resellers, to drive incremental revenue. Your strategic mindset will help you develop and execute go-to-market activities that align with Datadog's business objectives.

You will collaborate closely with regional enterprise, midmarket, and commercial sales organizations to ensure that partners are equipped to succeed. This includes providing business and technical enablement to partners, helping them understand Datadog's offerings and how to effectively sell them. You will also work with marketing to create campaigns that support partner growth and engagement.

As a Senior Manager, you will report to the Director of Channels & Alliances and will be expected to contribute to the overall strategy for partner development. You will analyze partner performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure that both Datadog and its partners achieve their revenue goals.
