What you'll do

As a Leadership Training Manager at Datadog, you will design, deliver, and scale learning experiences that empower employees to grow and thrive. Your primary focus will be on upskilling manager populations, including experienced and senior leaders. You will facilitate workshops on various topics, including people management and inclusivity, leading productive conversations that drive deep learning. You will also be responsible for program management elements, refining curriculum, and leveraging new tools and methodologies to enhance training effectiveness. Regularly delivering live sessions, you will track outcomes and drive the direction of the inclusion training initiative. You will support additional projects and programs that advance the goals of the team and organization, ensuring that training initiatives adapt to meet evolving business needs.
