Datadog is seeking a Senior Field Enablement Manager to lead the delivery of Sales and Customer Success leadership development programs. This role focuses on equipping leaders with the skills and mindset needed for effective coaching and team management.

Who you are
You have extensive experience in enablement, particularly in leadership development, and have a proven track record of delivering impactful training programs. Your background includes working closely with sales and customer success teams to drive performance improvements through effective enablement strategies. You are skilled in translating curriculum into engaging learning experiences that resonate with frontline and second-line leaders. You understand the nuances of coaching and leading teams through change, and you are adept at fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with various teams such as Curriculum, Product Marketing, and GTM leadership to ensure that enablement initiatives align with organizational goals. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels is one of your key strengths. You are passionate about developing strong sales leadership and are committed to investing in the growth of others.
Desirable
Experience in a technology company or a fast-paced sales environment is a plus. Familiarity with sales methodologies and enablement tools will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are open to feedback and continuously seek ways to improve your own skills and the enablement programs you deliver.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of leadership enablement programs for Datadogβs Sales and Customer Success teams. You will work closely with the Sales Leadership Curriculum team to ensure that the training provided is relevant, engaging, and impactful. Your responsibilities will include designing and facilitating training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs that equip leaders with the necessary skills to drive performance and lead their teams effectively.
You will also be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for improvements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that enablement efforts are aligned with the overall business strategy and that they support the growth and success of the organization. You will play a critical role in fostering a culture of learning and development within the sales organization, helping leaders to embrace change and execute consistently.
