Who you are
You have 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on incident management or crisis response — you understand the importance of turning chaos into calm during critical moments. You possess a strong technical background, enabling you to engage deeply with engineering teams and understand the complexities of cloud systems. Your experience includes working with real-time user interfaces and automation tools, allowing you to effectively manage product features that enhance incident response. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring that product development aligns with customer needs and business goals. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, valuing both in-person collaboration and the flexibility of remote work. You are passionate about creating products that improve operational reliability and reduce Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) for users.
Desirable
Experience with AI-powered tools or analytics platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with third-party integrations in incident management. You have a knack for user research and can translate customer feedback into actionable product features. A background in software development or engineering can help you communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
What you'll do
As a Product Manager II at Datadog, you will own the Incident Management product, shaping its features and functionality to meet the needs of customers during critical outages.
