What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of 15+ product managers, guiding them in defining and executing plans for Datadog’s Core Platforms. You will be responsible for the product vision and roadmap, ensuring that the platforms you oversee drive developer velocity and operational efficiency. You will partner closely with senior engineering leadership to ensure that the platforms can scale reliably and cost-effectively. Your responsibilities will include driving platform adoption across the organization, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring that the platforms meet the needs of Datadog engineers.

You will work on enhancing the internal developer platforms and exploring new capabilities such as AI-assisted development. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that shared platforms are widely adopted, reducing duplication of efforts and accelerating delivery. You will also focus on improving time-to-production and operational metrics, ensuring that the platforms you manage contribute positively to the overall engineering ecosystem at Datadog.
