Who you are
You are an established Recruiter or Sourcer with over 3 years of experience in identifying and engaging exceptional talent. You have a knack for developing creative and tailored strategies to connect with passive candidates, ensuring that you are the first point of contact in the hiring process. Your understanding of the talent market allows you to map out talent flow and market attrition effectively, keeping a pulse on where the best candidates are coming from.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and value the importance of office culture, believing that strong relationships and teamwork lead to success. Your experience includes generating and maintaining a pipeline of active and passive candidates for complex positions, utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms to find hidden talent. You are comfortable with event/project management and have a strong ability to engage stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a key part in Datadog's growth by generating and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline for hard-to-fill positions. You will partner closely with Recruiters to amplify job openings internally and leverage your network to uncover hidden talent. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans, tracking progress, and sharing insights with stakeholders. You will also utilize your research skills to creatively identify talent that may not be actively seeking new opportunities, with a focus on diverse candidates.
You will be responsible for mapping out the talent market, analyzing trends, and understanding which companies employ the talent you are targeting. Your role will involve championing Datadog's story to candidates, ensuring they understand the value of joining the team. You will engage in messaging analysis and creative prospecting to attract the best candidates, while also specializing in stakeholder engagement to ensure a smooth hiring process.
