Who you are
You have experience in sourcing and recruiting, ideally within the tech industry, and understand how to create effective strategies for engaging top talent. You are skilled in using data and tools to inform your sourcing decisions and continuously improve your approach. Your analytical skills allow you to track sourcing metrics and draw actionable insights from them. You possess a curiosity and problem-solving mindset, enabling you to learn about niche roles and develop creative solutions to sourcing challenges. You are adept at building and managing diverse candidate pipelines for multiple roles at varying stages in the recruitment process.
What you'll do
As a Sourcer at Stripe, you will partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop creative strategies for engaging top-of-funnel talent across multiple disciplines. You will drive the top-of-funnel strategy by identifying, engaging, and managing candidates through the initial stages of the recruitment process. Your role will involve strategically curating and nurturing candidate pipelines for urgent and hard-to-fill roles, ensuring that you build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry. You will leverage qualitative and quantitative data to influence decisions and continuously improve the overall sourcing strategy and effectiveness.
