What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with the sales team to articulate the overall Datadog value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers. You will continually learn new technologies to build your competitive knowledge and technical skills, ensuring you can effectively address customer inquiries and concerns. Delivering product and technical presentations to potential clients will be a core responsibility, allowing you to showcase the capabilities of Datadog's offerings. You will assist clients in onboarding the product and provide support when they encounter roadblocks, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience. Your role will also involve collaborating with various teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate bug issues as necessary. As an ambassador for the Datadog brand, you will help prioritize features based on input from customers, competitors, and partners, ensuring that the product evolves to meet market demands.
