You are familiar with SaaS/Cloud environments and have experience using Salesforce to manage sales processes effectively. Fluency in Portuguese at a professional or business level is essential for this position, enabling you to communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
What you'll do
As the Manager of Sales Development at Datadog, you will oversee the hiring and training of a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You will facilitate the ramp-up process for new team members, teaching them how to assess company needs and cater strategically to each prospect. Your role will involve motivating your team to exceed their objectives through coaching and creative incentives. You will also provide growth opportunities for SDRs to develop into full-cycle sales representatives, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. Additionally, you will develop and maintain accurate team forecasts for the senior leadership team, contributing to the overall success of one of the largest lines of business in the company.
