What you'll do

As the Manager of Sales Development at Datadog, you will oversee the hiring, training, and development of a team of Sales Development Representatives. Your role will involve facilitating the ramp-up for new team members, teaching them how to assess company needs and strategically cater to each prospect. You will motivate your team to exceed objectives through coaching and creative incentives, while also developing and maintaining accurate forecasts for senior leadership. Your leadership will shape the future Account Executives and leaders of our sales organization, making a significant impact on one of the largest lines of business in the company.
